Role Description

We're looking for a dynamic
Business Development Associate
who thrives in a high-energy environment and loves creating value-driven partnerships. If you enjoy building relationships, driving growth, and being part of Pune's startup story — this is your stage.

What you'll do

  1. Drive Sales:
    Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.
  2. Client Relationships:
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with startups, corporates, and innovators.
  3. Market Expansion:
    Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and community growth avenues.
  4. Collaborate:
    Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience and retention.
  5. Strategize:
    Provide market insights, feedback, and creative ideas to shape our growth roadmap
