We have immediate openings for:

  1. Senior Sales Executive


• Experience: 6-7 years of proven success in real estate sales.


• What you'll do:


• Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed targets.


• Develop and execute strategic sales plans.


• Manage high-value client relationships, negotiations, and closures.


• Analyze market trends and provide key insights to management.


• Oversee the complete sales funnel from lead generation to post-sales support.

  1. Junior Sales Executive


• Experience: 4 years of experience in real estate sales.


• What you'll do:


• Manage all aspects of client engagement, including site visits, follow-ups, and addressing inquiries.


• Clearly articulate the project's vision and value proposition.


• Support the senior team with documentation and closing formalities.


• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve individual targets.


• Be the face of the project for walk-in customers.

What We're Looking For (Both Roles):


• Deep knowledge of the Pune real estate market (Tathawade/PCMC area knowledge is a huge plus).


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.


• Strong customer-centric approach and a "go-getter" attitude.


• Familiarity with RERA guidelines and sales documentation.
