Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from planning and execution to final handover.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Engineering, Finance) and external stakeholders (consultants, vendors, contractors).
  • Ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on schedule.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality standards, and adherence to specifications.
  • Identify and manage project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and handle conflict resolution effectively.
  • Provide regular project status reports, milestone tracking, and risk assessments to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout all stages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Project Management within the [Architecture / Interior / Construction] industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as per business needs.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
