Role Title: Manager Marketing (IC-Role)

Reports To: Director/CEO

Location: Noida, Head Office

Role Description

The Manager Marketing (IC-Role) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate business opportunities, and support organizational growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution, with deep expertise in both digital and offline marketing initiatives.

The position demands close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives, while maintaining a consistent brand image across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) & Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Develop and Implement in-depth marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Design and execute international marketing strategies to support business expansion in India, Nigeria, Thailand, and other markets.
  • Monitor and analyze global industry trends to position the company competitively in the energy and gas sector.
  • Enhance brand awareness and corporate visibility globally, ensuring a unified brand image across all business units.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning for brand and product awareness.
  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics. Ensure effective use of digital tools and platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with Public Relations (PR) teams to uphold and strengthen the companys brand reputation and stakeholder image.
  • Lead internal communication initiatives, ensuring strong internal brand culture and employee engagement.
  • Handle trade fairs, events, ads, and other offline promotional activities.
  • Use cross-departmental teams to execute marketing and digital business ideas and tools. Work closely with internal stakeholders including the sales, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor competitors and create marketing plans to stay ahead.
  • Manage advertising funds, promos, and locations.
  • Run marketing tasks with Content Management Systems (CMS) and other tools.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Marketing and Communication/Brand Building.
  • Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and global marketing campaigns.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role within the EPC or related B2B industries.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to create and execute marketing campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Focus on achieving measurable results and driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
  • Significant experience in digital marketing is essential. Expertise in SEO, content management systems, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Creativity in developing content of all forms.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well alone and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Expertise in market research, data analysis, and report writing
