Resource Associate. He must not only be interested in building Brand Awarathon with
customer centricity but also exhibit the urge of making a difference in the sales technology
space.
About Awarathon
We are a first-of-its-kind AI-enabled, video roleplay platform which ensures your sales teams make the perfect pitch. Consistently.
Our proprietary AI trainer breaks down each element of the perfect sales pitch to provide
actionable feedback to reps, so that your company's message is communicated consistently.
From body language to gestures to contextual speech intent, the software maps every key
knowledge and skill parameter. Robust, customizable reports help you identify critical gaps
and improvement areas.
Since its launch, the Awarathon Platform has seen extensive usage by various trusted brands
(including Dr. Reddy's, Glenmark, Bajaj Housing Finance, Sunpharma, IPCA, Mankind,
OPPO Phones, etc.).
Our clients have on an average seen (1) up to 40% reduction in new hire onboard time (2) up
to 60% reduction in training cost (3) substantial increase in sales, since the regular usage of
our platform.

Job Responsibilities:
Co-ordinator/Admin:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist in project scheduling.
Monitor and follow up on project timelines and deliverables.
Support in maintaining detailed documentation for processes and projects.
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews,
and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help in planning and executing employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Accountant Duties:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, and expense
tracking.
Maintain financial records and prepare reports as needed.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in coordination, HR, or accounting roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., zoho,
Tally).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive approach to work.
