This is a remote position Posting Title HR Intern Industry Recruitment Employment Firm Salary undefined Work Experience Fresher 0-2 Years Required Skills Communication Attention to Detail Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic recruitment team This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain foundational experience in human resources within a fast-paced employment firm As an HR Intern you will support end-to-end recruitment processes assist in candidate screening maintain accurate employee records and contribute to employer branding initiatives Your keen observational skills and strong communication abilities will be instrumental in ensuring seamless hiring operations and a positive candidate experience This internship is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career in HR and recruitment offering mentorship real-world exposure and potential for future growth within the organization Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants using various recruitment platforms and databases Support the coordination of interviews including scheduling sending reminders and maintaining interview calendars Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate up-to-date information and ensure data confidentiality Prepare offer letters onboarding documents and other HR-related correspondence under supervision Conduct preliminary background checks and verify candidate credentials as required Support the creation and distribution of job postings across job boards social media and company websites Assist in organizing and managing employee orientation and onboarding activities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment during the recruitment process Monitor recruitment metrics and assist in generating periodic reports on hiring progress Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all documentation communications and administrative tasks Requirements Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field final year students may also apply Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language s as applicable Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee and candidate information Willingness to learn adapt quickly and take initiative in supporting HR operations Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement jobpostingid
