As an HR Intern, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes, assist in candidate screening, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Your keen observational skills and strong communication abilities will be instrumental in ensuring seamless hiring operations and a positive candidate experience. This internship is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career in HR and recruitment, offering mentorship, real-world exposure, and potential for future growth within the organization. --- Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants using various recruitment platforms and databases. Support the coordination of interviews, including scheduling, sending reminders, and maintaining interview calendars. Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate, up-to-date information and ensure data confidentiality. Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and other HR-related correspondence under supervision. Conduct preliminary background checks and verify candidate credentials as required. Support the creation and distribution of job postings across job boards, social media, and company websites. Assist in organizing and managing employee orientation and onboarding activities. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment during the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment metrics and assist in generating periodic reports on hiring progress. Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all documentation, communications, and administrative tasks. --- Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (final year students may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language(s) as applicable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive employee and candidate information.
