As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support a wide range of human resources activities. This role provides valuable experience in recruiting, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy development. It's an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates passionate about starting a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help plan team-building activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and assist in processing HR documents.
  • Help with HR policy updates and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR tasks, including data entry, document filing, and report generation.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Eager to learn and develop a career in HR; previous internship or experience in an HR environment is a plus.
