About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant. The Accountant will support daily financial transactions, assist with month-end close processes, and contribute to the overall financial integrity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger accounts
  • Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial reports
  • Basic knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
  • Maintain organized documentation of financial records for audits and compliance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy in expense tracking and reporting
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 03 years of accounting experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally,ZohoBooks or similar systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalis
