JOB DETAILS


1) Minimum two years experience in Fundraising/ Sales/ Marketing
2) Prior experience of fund-raising for the Development sector would be added advantage
3) Proven sales abilities with sound target achievement record, and comfortable with holding and meeting fund raising goals
4) Assisting with their induction and providing ongoing onsite training and coaching,
5) Providing expertise in F2F fundraising techniques, objection handing, codes of conduct and day to day operations
6) Ensuring team members are familiar with and can use appropriate fundraising techniques, 
7) Keeping the team motivated and ensure that they behave in a disciplined manner,
8) Quickly identifying and reporting disciplinary issues/ other events that may implicate the organisation or the well-being of team members, to the Senior F2F Fundraising Coordinator.
