- **Check mails and manage day to day work like reminders, schedule meetings and appointments.**:
- **Putting events on Google calendar and reminding re appointments**:
- **Take dictations and drafting simple letters.**:
- **Make payments for vendors, staff salary & various house and office bills.**:
- Keep accounting excel sheet of outwards and inwards updated on regular basis. Check all cheque entries are tallying with the bank statements and highlight any discrepancy.
- Keeping updated on all bank accounts and bank balances.
- Keep updated all bill vouchers files properly and filling the papers in appropriate files.
- To get reports and statements from various brokers on investment related matters such as mutual funds, equity shares, FDs etc.
- To provide bank and investments statements and bill vouchers for final accounting and tax purpose to the Accountant.
- **Assist on School and other Trust related matters.**:
- **Assist on any internet related work or opening any data base files etc.**:
- **Ordering office stationary, managing couriers, ensuring proper filing etc.**:
- **Make travel arrangements**:
- Ordering online any stuff which is required and making payment.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai - 400023, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Application Question(s):
- Having relevant executive secretary role, with good Ms Office, Basic Accounting understanding, drafting simple mails, Online Research. Right attitude, keen to learn & willing to support in any official work or trustee work as required
- Have 1 year exp in School, NGO or other Cos.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
