What you'll do:
Responsibilities:
Program & Portfolio Management
- Lead the Q2C PMO function, managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives across automation, AI, and process optimization.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, cadence, and reporting mechanisms for executive visibility.
- Drive prioritization, resource alignment, and risk mitigation across programs.
Transformation Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and POR.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Ops, Finance, Sales, etc.) to drive deployments and process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence & Standardization
- Champion operational excellence by identifying and implementing best practices across Q2C processes.
- Drive standardization of tools, templates, and processes to enable scalability and consistency.
- Support quality initiatives and root cause analysis for process defects and improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Act as a change agent, driving adoption and engagement across global teams.
- Facilitate executive-level communications, steering committees, and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and deliver change management strategies and training plans.
What you need to bring:
- 10+ years of experience in PMO, transformation, or business operations roles, preferably in Q2C or similar domains and working in a global role
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of automation, AI, and process optimization methodologies.
- Expertise in program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Experience in global deployments and working with cross-cultural teams.
- Accelerated delivery of Q2C transformation initiatives.
- Improved process quality, standardization, and operational efficiency.
- Enhanced visibility and governance of strategic programs.
- Strong stakeholder alignment and change adoption across global teams.
