Role Overview
The Sales Manager will lead new business acquisition and revenue growth for Little Things Asia.
You'll be responsible for identifying high-potential clients, building long-term relationships, and designing integrated marketing technology solutions that drive performance and automation.
You'll collaborate closely with the Solutions Team and Marketing Ops to craft proposals, translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, and deliver a best-in-class consultative sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business development — prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline — 3× the annual revenue target.
- Partner with internal teams (Solutions + Marketing Ops) to co-create Martech and performance strategies.
- Develop tailored pitches for brands in D2C, Retail, Healthcare, and Education.
- Translate technical stack capabilities (CRM, automation, performance tools) into clear client value propositions.
- Manage client relationships from first conversation to onboarding, ensuring high trust and delivery handoffs.
- Track pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue realization; present quarterly growth insights to leadership.
- Stay current on Martech trends — CRM, WhatsApp automation, conversational commerce, personalization tech, and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years in Sales, Growth, or BD roles within a Martech, Performance Marketing, or Digital Agency environment.
- Proven success in new business acquisition with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms — Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot (preferred).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Automation, campaign workflows, and lead conversion funnels.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in using dashboards and reporting tools.
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience selling to CMOs, Marketing Heads, or Founders.
- Network across Tier-1 markets (Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi).
- Exposure to performance channels — Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of analytics & CRM tools.
- Tech inclination and ability to discuss integrations and automation flows confidently.
