We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager , Decision Systems Data

Principal responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements with data lineage, transformation rules and data quality rules for credit risk, collection / recoveries, and fraud use cases.
• The role holder has end to end own the responsibility for all aspects of data analysis and build knowledge on credit risk and collections and fraud business areas.
• Actively contribute with the monitoring and reporting of progress, issues, dependencies, risks to the Program management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees.
• Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements with respect to the Decision Data Store (DDS) project.

Requirements : 

• Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Graduate / Post Graduate degree from reputed university with specialization in numerical discipline.
• Strong experience on SAS & SQL is a must-have.
• Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/Retail banking-operations across the credit cycle: acquisitions, portfolio management, collections is a must-have.
• Strong background working with large-scale data, data management, data quality rules, data transformation etc. is a must-have.
• Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude; Outstanding attention to detail
• Exposure cloud computing is desirable.
• Exposure to JIRA/Confluence for project management activity
• Experience in translating business requirement documents to detailed data and implementation requirements.

• Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas is a must-have.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and develop end to end solutions.
• Collaborate with partners across business groups, evaluate emerging techniques that may contribute to existing analytical capabilities and computational models.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
• Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager including onshore business partners
