
Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative , you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving sales from initial contact through to the closing of deals. This position requires someone who is comfortable with cold calling, following up with clients, and working toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Follow up with clients after the initial contact to build relationships and address any questions or concerns.
- Manage and track sales pipelines, ensuring that all opportunities are properly followed up on.
- Close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve results.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or outbound calling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Additional languages a plus.
