Field Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage field marketing operations across Telangana and assigned regions.
Achieve strong acquire-to-sales ratios through strategic planning, targeted campaigns, and performance tracking.
Market Tapza's software products effectively by understanding product features and adapting them to varied customer needs.
Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential customer segments.
Travel 57 days per month to other cities for expansion activities, events, demos, and client meetings.
Train, supervise, and motivate Junior Marketing Officers, ensuring high productivity and target achievement.
Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to the Warangal head office.
Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to enhance market strategy and positioning.
Represent the brand professionally during field visits, presentations, and client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in field marketing(3-5 Years), business
development, or product marketing (software domain preferred).
Demonstrated history of achieving high acquisition-to-sales conversion ratios.
Strong communication skills in English and Telugu (fluency required).
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and market software products.
Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
