A Sales and Marketing job involves creating and executing strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue by analyzing market trends, running campaigns (digital, social, events), nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with product teams, ultimately aiming to meet sales targets and increase profitability through coordinated efforts in promotion and sales. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage integrated sales and marketing strategies.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Create and execute campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing).
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Sales Activities: Conduct presentations, negotiate deals, close sales, and manage client relationships.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content (blogs, social posts, brochures).
- Reporting & Analysis: Track performance, analyze data, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and other teams to align efforts.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
