Job Description Senior Sales Manager (Business Loan)

Location: Warangal

Department: Business Loans / Unsecured/ Secured Lending

Role: Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business loan sales targets for the Warangal region.
  • Handle DSA / DST / Channel Partner management and ensure consistent lead flow.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, field sales, and relationship building with SMEs/MSMEs.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable business loan / LAP solutions.
  • Conduct credit evaluation, documentation check, and coordinate with the credit team for file approval.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat and referral business.
  • Track market trends, competition activities, and ensure high-quality customer acquisition.
  • Ensure KYC, compliance, and policy guidelines are followed for all cases.
  • Drive branch-level business growth and support territory performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • 26 years of experience in Business Loan / BL / MSME Loan / SME Loan sales.
  • Experience in DSA handling and field sales is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of local market – Warangal and nearby areas.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
