Role Overview:
We are seeking a data-savvy HR professional to lead our HR Analytics function. This role will be responsible for building and scaling analytics capabilities that empower the HR team and business leaders to make evidence-based decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with an understanding of people processes and business drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics, including headcount, attrition, talent acquisition, DEI, compensation trends, and employee engagement.
- Lead workforce planning analytics and support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, TA, L&D, and Rewards teams to define metrics and KPIs for ongoing and new programs.
- Build predictive models to support talent decisions, such as attrition forecasting, flight risk analysis, or promotion readiness.
- Own HR data governance and drive data accuracy, completeness, and privacy compliance.
- Present actionable insights and trends to senior leadership, enabling strategic workforce decisions.
- Support HR system implementations, including Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar, from an analytics perspective.
- Conduct ad-hoc deep-dives and storytelling through data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in HR Analytics, preferably in the IT/tech or BFSI domain.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with Python/R for data modeling (preferred).
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
