Job description

Job Description of Network Support:

  • Network Design & Planning:
  • Design and implement new network solutions or improve the efficiency of current networks.
  • Plan network architecture and configurations.
  • Develop network diagrams and documentation.
  • Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
  • Monitor network performance to identify problems and optimize systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
  • Perform network upgrades and system enhancements.
  • Installation & Configuration:
  • Configure firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
  • Install and configure wireless access points.
  • Ensure the integration of various hardware devices.
  • Security Management:
  • Implement network security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Experience with network security practices, including firewalls, encryption, and VPNs.
  • Monitor network for security breaches or intrusions.
  • Respond to security incidents and assist in disaster recovery processes.
  • Support:
  • Ensure smooth network operation and security compliance.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

Qualification: -

  • • Bachelors degree in Computer or Diploma in a related field.
  • • Professional certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or equivalent.

Experience: -

  • • 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or related fields.
  • • Experience with virtualized networking (SDN, NFV).
