Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across IT, advertising, and digital marketing roles.
- Strategize and execute mass hiring drives to meet business expansion needs.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce plans
- Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies, including the use of AI tools, portals, and social media.
- Maintain and expand a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Manage recruitment metrics, dashboards, and ensure hiring targets are met within timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within IT, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.
- Proven expertise in mass hiring and volume recruitment.
- Strong LinkedIn presence and professional network with vast connections.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimize hiring performance.
