About the Role:
We're looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Lead to join our Noida office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, campaign optimization, and ownership of the Martech stack—especially HubSpot. If you're passionate about driving pipeline growth through data-driven marketing, we'd love to connect
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
- Manage end-to-end HubSpot operations, including campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Own and enhance the Martech stack, ensuring smooth integrations and operational efficiency.
- Oversee campaign execution, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in demand generation, marketing automation, and campaign optimization.
- Proven hands-on experience managing HubSpot (end-to-end).
- Strong understanding of Martech tools and marketing operations.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in IT Services or B2B SaaS organizations preferred.
