About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Lead to join our Noida office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, campaign optimization, and ownership of the Martech stack—especially HubSpot. If you're passionate about driving pipeline growth through data-driven marketing, we'd love to connect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Manage end-to-end HubSpot operations, including campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Own and enhance the Martech stack, ensuring smooth integrations and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee campaign execution, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in demand generation, marketing automation, and campaign optimization.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing HubSpot (end-to-end).
  • Strong understanding of Martech tools and marketing operations.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in IT Services or B2B SaaS organizations preferred.
