As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketer to join our team in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, prospect, and convert potential clients for EV charging management solutions  (CMS/CPO/Charging Software).

·      Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with customers.

·      Work closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

·      Develop strong relationships with channel partners, OEMs, and fleet operators.

·      Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

·      Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for charging management solutions and services.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming technologies in the EV charging ecosystem.

·      Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

·      Ensure customer satisfaction and support post-sales teams during onboarding and deployment.

Required Skills

·
Strong knowledge of EV charging systems, CMS platforms, smart charging, and networking protocols (OCPP preferred).

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers.

·      Experience in B2B or enterprise sales is highly preferred.

·      Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

·      Strong relationship-building skills with enterprise clients.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.

·      Experience in EV Charging, SaaS sales, IoT solutions, or energy/utility sector is a plus.
