A sales coordinator provides crucial administrative and organizational support to a sales team by processing orders, managing customer records, handling invoicing, and compiling sales reports. Key duties include order entry, customer service, database management, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support sales efforts and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Receive, process, and verify sales orders from customers, ensuring accuracy in details and payment information.
  • Invoicing: Generate and track invoices for sales transactions and process customer payments.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints via phone, email, or in person.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer and sales records in company databases.
  • Reporting: Compile and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, or annual sales reports for management.
  • Coordination: Liaise with other departments and coordinate with customers to manage product deliveries and inventory levels.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
