Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer, located in Jamshedpur. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving technical sales, providing customer support for our product solutions, adept with preparing techno commercial offers, lead generation and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, coordinating technical support, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively understand and sell technical solutions.
  • Strong skills in Technical Support and Communication to address client requirements and deliver outstanding service.
  • Experience in Sales and ability to build and maintain impactful client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Degree in Engineering, or a related technical field, is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with team members in Jamshedpur.
  • Industry experience in compressors, DG sets, lubricants, or similar technical products is an advantage.
