Sales Operations Executive

About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Sales Operations Executive to support our sales and AMC operations. This role bridges Sales, Operations, and Finance — ensuring quotations, CRM updates, and customer documents flow seamlessly from lead to revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and maintain pricing records.
- Manage and update CRM (Zoho Bigin) for accurate sales tracking.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoices and payment follow-ups.
- Generate weekly sales reports and dashboards.
- Support sales team with proposals, AMC and customer documentation.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or Operations.
- Strong in Excel, Zoho/CRM tools, and written communication.
- Organized, proactive, and good with data & deadlines.
