Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting and selling submersible pump solutions, and providing technical support to clients. Day-to-day duties include managing customer accounts, addressing technical queries, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with various teams to meet sales targets. The role requires a combination of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of pumps and experience in providing tailored technical solutions to clients
  • Demonstrated ability in Sales and Customer Service to effectively manage customer relationships and fulfill client needs
  • Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to provide effective Technical Support and resolve client concerns efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, or related fields
  • Proficient in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork
