The Role

Innovapptive is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute our event strategy as an integrated part of our overall marketing campaigns. We're seeking a creative, data-driven professional who can transform events from a standalone channel into a powerful engine for generating qualified opportunities and sales-ready leads.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Strategic Planning & Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with our marketing and sales objectives. This includes researching, selecting, and managing participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and proprietary events.Integrated Campaign Management: Go beyond event logistics by leveraging events as a key component of a larger marketing campaign. Develop and execute pre-event promotions, during-event engagement tactics, and post-event follow-up nurture sequences.Content & Engagement Generation: Find innovative ways to maximize the value of each event. This includes creating user-generated content (UGC), running on-site surveys and polls, and capturing testimonials or success stories to be used in future marketing materials.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure event goals are met, and leads are properly qualified and followed up on. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.Budget Management: Manage the event budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) for all activities.

What You Bring to the Team:

Proven experience in a field marketing or event management role, preferably within a B2B software or SAAS company.Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and a track record of executing successful multi-channel initiatives.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on marketing metrics.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. How will you be measured?The success of this role will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate the impact of events on our sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for tracking and reporting on:Qualified Opportunities: The number of qualified sales opportunities generated directly from event activities.Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs): The number of event attendees who convert into sales-ready leads.Pipeline and Revenue Influence: The total dollar value of the sales pipeline and closed-won deals influenced by field marketing efforts.
