Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate.
  • Collaborate with content/creative teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing page alignment.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Ensure accurate tracking via Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixels.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
  • Manage campaign budgets with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (agency background preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models.
  • Google Ads / Meta certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication & client-handling skills.
