Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Specialist (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting junior sales team members when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, follow up and convert B2B leads provided by ByAndLarge.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demos to corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver customized gifting solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly conversion and revenue targets.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and based on the candidate's last CTC.

Location:

Bengaluru (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
