Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Specialist (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting junior sales team members when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, follow up and convert B2B leads provided by ByAndLarge.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demos to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver customized gifting solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly conversion and revenue targets.
- Provide training and guidance to team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and based on the candidate's last CTC.
