About the Role

We're looking for a young, creative mind who loves telling stories through visuals, videos, and design. If you understand camera angles, enjoy designing carousels, experimenting with video edits, and have a knack for making content look professional, this role is for you.

At Quantique Minds, you'll work with our marketing and creative teams to design posts, carousels, videos, and podcast visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, while also learning how AI can speed up creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Creation

  • Design creatives, carousels, and social media posts that match brand aesthetics.
  • Support the marketing and brand team with visuals for campaigns, product launches, and website content.
  • Create short, animated elements, videos and add engaging captions or visuals to social posts.

Video & Podcast Editing

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and brand storytelling.
  • Trim, add subtitles, transitions, and background music to enhance engagement.
  • Edit podcasts (audio/video) for smooth flow, clarity, and quality.

Camera & Shooting Support

  • Assist in shooting marketing videos, office reels, and interviews.
  • Understand basic lighting, framing, and composition techniques.

AI & Creative Tools

  • Use AI-powered tools (like Runway ML, Pika Labs, Descript, or Canva Magic Studio) for editing and creative enhancement.
  • Experiment with automation to make repetitive design and video tasks faster.

Social Media Adaptation

  • Adapt designs and videos for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring ideas to life visually.

Required Skills

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva Pro.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, or similar).
  • Understanding of camera basics, angles, lighting, and storytelling shots.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is a plus.
  • Interest in motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Visual Communication, Design, Film, or Multimedia.
  • Freshers or hands-on experience up to 1 year in design or video editing (internship/project experience accepted).
  • Portfolio of design/video samples (academic, freelance, or professional).

Soft Skills

  • Curious and eager to learn new creative and AI tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of design aesthetics.
  • Collaborative, punctual, and proactive in suggesting new ideas.
  • Passionate about visual storytelling and content creation.
