Role Overview

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who will specialize in creating Instagram Reels and short-form video content while also managing digital marketing activities such as paid ads, SEO/SEM, and campaign optimization.

This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with proven short-form video experience and strong digital marketing skills to grow brand presence and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

-Short-Form Video (Reels/Shorts/TikTok): Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit engaging Reels and videos aligned to brand voice, campaigns, and trends.

-Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, remarketing).

-Content Calendar: Create and maintain monthly calendars, aligning content with product launches, offers, and marketing objectives.

-Optimization: Use hashtags, captions, A/B tests, and analytics to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.

-Analytics: Track campaign performance across social platforms and ad dashboards; recommend improvements based on ROI.

-Collaboration: Work with designers, product teams, and sales to create integrated campaigns.

-Community Engagement: Support UGC outreach, influencer collaborations, and customer-focused initiatives.

Copywriting: Write hooks, CTAs, and captions for digital campaigns and social posts.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing with a strong portfolio in Reels/short-form content.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, email automation).

Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar).

Strong storytelling, editing, and trend-spotting skills.

Analytical mindset to measure KPIs and adjust campaigns.

Excellent communication and multitasking ability.

Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.

Nice-to-Have

-Knowledge of YouTube Shorts, Snapchat Spotlight.

-Experience with motion graphics/templates.

-Comfortable directing/appearing on camera when required.

-Growth in followers, engagement, and watch time.

-ROI-driven improvements in ad campaigns.

-Consistent publishing and campaign execution.

Work Type

Full-time | Onsite (Bengaluru).
