We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Job Purpose:To ensure the effective delivery of soft services including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and front office operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service across the facility.Key Responsibilities:Housekeeping & Hygiene:Supervise daily cleaning operations and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.Conduct regular audits and inspections of premises.Coordinate with vendors for cleaning supplies and equipment.Pantry & Catering Services:Monitor pantry operations and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.Liaise with catering vendors for quality and timely service.Pest Control & Waste Management:Schedule and oversee pest control activities.Ensure proper segregation, disposal, and documentation of waste.Landscaping & Aesthetics:Maintain garden and outdoor areas in coordination with landscaping vendors.Ensure seasonal upkeep and aesthetic appeal of common areas.Front Office & Helpdesk:Supervise reception staff and ensure professional visitor handling.Manage helpdesk operations and resolve service requests promptly.Vendor Management:Coordinate with service providers for timely and quality delivery.Monitor SLAs and escalate issues as needed.Compliance & Documentation:Maintain records of service schedules, audits, and vendor performance.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Qualifications & Skills:2–4 years of experience in soft services or facility operations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple vendors and service teams.Working Conditions:Full-time, on-site role.May require occasional weekend or holiday work depending on operational needs.Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
