This role ensures optimal workplace functionality, employee safety, and efficient transportation operations to support business continuity and employee satisfaction.Reports to: Site LeadEmployment Type: Full-timeShift timing: 3pm to 11pm Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Management (50%)Vendor & Contract Management: Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, and specialized servicesMonitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with performance standardsConduct regular vendor performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiativesNegotiate contract renewals and cost optimization opportunitiesSafety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirementsConsumables Tracking: Keeping track of all consumables (Housekeeping, Pantry, Technical, etc.)Employee Meals & Event Management: Taking care of employee meals and any other events to be organized.Budget Control: Monitor office expenses and implement cost-saving measuresTransportation Management (50%)Fleet Operations: Oversee company vehicle fleet including scheduling and maintenanceEmployee Transportation: Coordinate shuttle services, cab bookings, and transport logisticsVendor Coordination: Manage relationships with transport service providersRoute Optimization: Plan efficient transportation routes to minimize costs and travel timeSafety Compliance: Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and regulatory requirementsBudget Control: Monitor transportation expenses and implement cost-saving measuresEmergency Transport: Coordinate urgent transportation needs for business continuityRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree or related fieldCertification in Facility Management (CFM) or similar credentials preferredProfessional certification in transportation management or fleet operationsExperienceUpto 5 years of experience in facility management and/or transportation operationsExperience with vendor management and contract negotiationsKnowledge of facility operations, safety regulations, and compliance requirementsTechnical SkillsProficiency in facility management – soft skillsKnowledge of transportation management systemsSoft SkillsExcellent Spoken and written communication skills is mandatoryCommitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with JLL's service standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levelsStrong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilitiesLeadership and team coordination capabilitiesMeticulous approach to quality control and process improvementKey Performance IndicatorsFacility uptime and operational efficiency metricsTransportation cost optimization and on-time performanceVendor performance and SLA complianceEmployee satisfaction scores for facility and transport servicesSafety incident reductionSustainability and energy efficiency improvementsSound like you?
