Job Summary:
The Facility Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of the facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. This role requires coordination with vendors, housekeeping, security, and other service providers, while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for all critical systems and equipment.
- Monitor and manage utility consumption electricity, water, etc.
- Maintain records for facility inspections, statutory compliances, and asset management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate space planning, office seating arrangements, and facility expansion or renovation work.
- Address and resolve employee complaints related to facility issues promptly.
- Support in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Liaise with internal departments and senior management for smooth facility operations.
