Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven US Healthcare Recruiter with strong experience hiring for Allied Healthcare roles. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, talent engagement, and onboarding for US-based healthcare clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of US healthcare roles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Summary

The US Healthcare Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment activities for Allied Healthcare positions such as Medical Assistants, Pharmacy Technicians, Lab Technicians, Therapists, Administrative Healthcare roles, and other clinical support positions.

This role involves partnering with US clients, understanding job specifications, sourcing qualified candidates, managing pipelines, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining compliance with client processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for US Allied Healthcare roles using job boards, social platforms, and internal databases.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, client teams, and delivery managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, availability, and credentials.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring processes, documentation, and credentialing requirements.
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients within SLA timelines and maintain strong submittal-to-hire ratios.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, credential verification, and compliance documentation as needed.
  • Maintain candidate records, update trackers, and prepare daily/weekly activity reports.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure high engagement and timely closures.
  • Work independently during the EST shift while aligning with US teams to support recruitment operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of Allied Healthcare roles, job titles, certifications, and US healthcare terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job portals (Indeed, Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search strings, social media platforms, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, compliance processes, and changing client requirements.

Physical/Work Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite in the Noida office during the EST shift.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods during sourcing and interviewing activities.
  • Comfortable working with US teams, clients, and candidates across time zones.
  • Must be able to manage high call volume, online assessments, and interview coordination efficiently.
