Role Overview:

As a Senior Vice-President, you will lead the Fundraising process, build and maintain Investor relations with confidence, and align capital raising with our long-term growth strategy. You will be the driving force behind our capital acquisition efforts, investor communications, and strategic positioning in the competitive Mobility landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and engage with angel investors, early-stage investors, VCs, and strategic funding partners.

Craft and deliver compelling investor pitches, presentations, reports, and business cases.

Develop, lead, and execute fundraising and acquisition strategies.

Understand and present financial models, market potential, and growth roadmaps with clarity and confidence.

Negotiate investment terms and manage investor relationships, and oversee post-funding communications.

Collaborate with the founding team to refine business strategy and revenue models as per the market standards.

Represent the company at high-profile events, pitch competitions, and networking forums.

Preferred Background:

CA/MBA/Investment Banking background or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related fields.

Strong understanding of Investment terminology, Valuation methods, and Deal structuring.

Prior Experience in Fundraising, Investor relations, or Financial consulting (preferred in Startup/Tech).

Exceptional Presentation, Networking, and Negotiation skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think Long-term and execute in a startup environment.

Skills & Experience:

Strong financial acumen & strategic planning ability.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Deep understanding of startup investment ecosystems.

Compensation:


Equity-based role only (no fixed salary initially).
