About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer experience, and contributing to business growth through lead generation and conversion.

If you are energetic, fluent in Tamil and English, and enjoy connecting with people while helping them find the right solutions , this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle luxury retail customer inquiries and provide timely support across channels.
  • Generate and convert leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Manage and update customer data using CRM software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for after-sales and service support.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales coordination, or service support.
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.
  • Those who have not matching with these requirement are not eligible to apply for this position.
