Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in generating leads, nurturing relationships with students and educational partners, and converting prospects into successful admissions. Your strategic thinking and persuasive skills will help us grow our reach and impact in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels

Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners

Promote our educational programs and services effectively to potential leads

Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups

Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and counseling teams to meet enrollment targets

Maintain lead records and progress reports using CRM tools

Key Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Experience in sales, business development, or education counseling preferred

Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to analyze data and student trends to develop new strategies

Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital communication tools

Location: Pune

Salary: 3.5 – 5.5 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Any stream); 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred
