Job Title: B2B & B2C Sales Executive
Location: Karegaon, Near Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune

Reports To: Admin In-charge / Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B & B2C Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of sales strategies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate both the corporate and consumer landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales:
- Identify and target new business clients, corporate partners, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present product/service offerings, conduct product demos, and customize solutions to meet business client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer demands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for B2B clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- B2C Sales:
- Drive sales by engaging with individual consumers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products/services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to convert leads into customers.
- Provide personalized consultations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
- Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Manage customer accounts and follow up on renewals and upselling opportunities.

- Sales Administration:
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in planning and executing sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales (minimum 1 years).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, including cold calling, lead generation, and closing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- High level of motivation and a self-starter.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of FMCG and IT sector is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation in any stream
- Previous experience in the FMCG & IT hardware is a plus.
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C sales strategies and customer behaviors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
