Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the sales initiatives of the company. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, generating and managing leads, and maintaining relationships with clients and developers. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management skills
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Market Research and Analysis skills
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
