Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Forex trading firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through forex trading products and investment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients interested in forex trading and investment opportunities.
Promote the company's trading platforms, investment products, and brokerage services to retail and institutional clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Generate leads through online campaigns, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
Explain forex trading concepts, company services, and account opening procedures to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
Attend financial events, expos, and webinars to represent the company and expand brand visibility.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition — preferably in the forex, financial, or investment sector.
Strong understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and online brokerage industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹90,000.00 per month
