Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales Manager – ERP. The Sales Manager will lead efforts to identify potential customers, develop sales strategies, and manage the entire sales lifecycle for ERP solutions. Responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with Nway's ERP offerings while consistently growing market presence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Comprehensive understanding of ERP software, its applications, and implementation in business processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in market research and analytics for identifying sales opportunities
  • Ability to lead teams, manage sales pipelines, and achieve revenue goals
  • Results-driven mindset with experience in setting and meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of the construction or similar industries is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred; MBA is a plus
