Implementation/ERP Consultant

Job Summary:
The Implementation /ERP Consultant will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting ERP/software solutions at client sites. The role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their business processes, ensure smooth product implementation, and provide post-deployment support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and map them with the company's ERP/software solution.
- Install, configure, and implement ERP/software modules at client locations or remotely.
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for end-users.
- Coordinate with the development and support teams for customization or issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for implementations, configurations, and client feedback.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after implementation.
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, B.E. or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software/ERP implementation or a similar role..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
