Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager for our Indore location. The candidate should have minimum experience in sales and team handling, with the ability to drive sales growth, manage field sales teams, and develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for market expansion.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of sales plans.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads and closures.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales (field sales preferred).
  • Basic team handling and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven with problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of local Indore market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
