Role: Marketing Associate

Location: Noida

Experience: 4–10 Years

Timings: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM

Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday - Friday |On-site.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Marketing Associate to lead ApneWala's marketing initiatives and enhance our brand visibility across the U.S. hospitality market. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving lead generation, brand positioning, and business growth through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns including content planning, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Design visuals using Canva and Photoshop to enhance campaign appeal.
  • Segment audience lists and develops personalized content strategies to boost engagement.
  • Manage and grow ApneWala's presence across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Run and monitor Google Ads/SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Support SEO efforts by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring content alignment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to create marketing materials, catalogues, and case studies.
  • Maintain and clean email databases, ensure deliverability, and track key performance metrics
  • Stay updated with US B2B market trends in hospitality and suggest improvements accordingly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in digital or B2B marketing (hospitality, interiors, or furniture industry preferred).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in email marketing, social media marketing, and Google Ads.
  • Good understanding of SEO, content strategy, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
