About the Role:

Marketing Mind is looking for a curious, culturally in-tune
Copywriter
who has a flair for words and a deep love for storytelling. You'll work closely with the social team, crafting sharp, engaging copy for digital platforms, assisting in scripting for video content, and bringing big ideas to life with compelling narratives. From witty one-liners to campaign captions, you'll help shape brand voices that resonate with today's audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with internal teams & external clients to interpret briefs and develop relevant concepts into copy.
  2. Understanding brand briefs, tonality, and the communication structure of the brand to understand what is expected.
  3. Develop copies that are in-line with current media trends.
  4. Write clear, attractive copies and ensure the copy is compliant with strategy and brand guidelines.
  5. Create and deliver concept boards that communicate the campaign thought and rollout effectively.
  6. Write long form content and short form content for various brands.
  7. Able to work on small size pitches.
  8. Staying abreast of the current industry trends.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or related field.
  2. Exceptional writing skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting samples across different formats, channels, and industries.
  3. Proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style guidelines, with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy in copyediting and proofreading.
  4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for generating innovative ideas and turning complex concepts into simple, engaging copies.
