We design, manufacture, and market a wide range of Women's clothing and designer outfits through various online and offline channels. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office MIS Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data & Office Management

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Manage inventory records, sales data, and other operational information using MS Excel and MS Office tools.

Assist in preparing presentations, documentation, and reports for management.

2. E-commerce Portal Management

Upload and update new product listings, images, and descriptions across platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and others.

Monitor order processing, stock updates, pricing, and promotions across portals.

Coordinate with online marketplace representatives for listings, payments, and returns.

Ensure product information is accurate and updated on time.

3. Coordination & Market Work

Support the team in various office and field-related activities.

Visit local markets, vendors, and suppliers for material sourcing, coordination, and other fashion house requirements.

Liaise with production and design teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.

Knowledge of online marketplace operations (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc.).

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Willingness to handle both office and field work as required.

Preferred Experience:

1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry).

Competitive and based on experience.
