Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing analytical reports, supporting decision-making through dashboards, and ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, logistics, and planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect, maintain, and analyze SCM data (procurement, shipment tracking, inventory, and supplier performance).

· Develop and manage MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

· Monitor order status, shipment timelines, and stock movements.

· Support demand forecasting, material planning, and supplier performance tracking.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

· Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for data accuracy.

· Identify data inconsistencies and support process improvement through automation or reporting tools.

· Maintain data confidentiality and ensure reports are submitted within timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboard creation).

· Knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally / Supply Chain software (preferred).

· Good analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to handle large data sets and prepare actionable insights.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Operations / Business Administration / Engineering.

· 2 years of experience in MIS Reporting / Supply Chain / Operations Analytics.

· Experience in a manufacturing, trading, or import/export environment is preferred.
