Job Description – MIS Executive (Advanced Excel)

Position: MIS Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Advanced Excel)

Location: Gurugram

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive who has strong expertise in Advanced Excel for data management and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, maintain and analyze data from multiple sources

Prepare and update daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports

Design dashboards and data visualization reports for management

Perform data validation & ensure 100% accuracy in reporting

Automate reports using formulas, pivot tables, and macros (if required)

Maintain employee/operations data and support HR/Management in decision-making

Coordinate with internal teams for timely data gathering

Track business KPIs and provide actionable insights

Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance

Support process improvement & system enhancement initiatives

Required Skills

  • Excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel
  • Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
  • Power Query, Conditional Formatting
  • Data Validation, Lookup Functions
  • Charts, MIS Dashboards
  • Macros (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Ability to handle large data sets
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets/HRMS/ERP Systems
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Time management and multi-tasking ability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Management, or related field)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS Reporting/Data Analysis
  • Experience in HR MIS / Operations MIS preferred
